NIL Technology ApS (NILT) and Radiant Opto-Electronics Corporation (ROE) today announced the signing of a formal share purchase agreement for ROE to fully acquire NILT.

The investment was led by a syndicate of investors including the Export & Investment Fund of Denmark (EIFO), Jolt Capital, NGP Capital, and Swisscanto Private Equity.
